SWAN Exkursion

FOODOO saves tonnes of food from going to waste. Founded by food waste pioneer and head chef Mirko Buri, the company practises what it preaches: Scraps to Smiles.

FOODOO is the brainchild of food waste pioneer Mirko Buri. A passionate and creative chef, Mirko began back in 2014 with min Küchenchef – cooking menus from surplus produce sourced from local farms, guided by his motto: Restenlos Glücklich.
