SWAN Exkursion

FOODOO saves tonnes of food from going to waste. Founded by food waste pioneer and head chef Mirko Buri, the company practises what it preaches: Scraps to Smiles.

FOODOO is the brainchild of food waste pioneer Mirko Buri. A passionate and creative chef, Mirko began back in 2014 with min Küchenchef – cooking menus from surplus produce sourced from local farms, guided by his motto: Restenlos Glücklich. Since then, he and his FOODOO team have been rescuing and transforming tonnes of vegetables and fruit into stocks, jams, vinegars, and much more. Find out more at www.foodoo.world
